Once the course is complete, CAST sends you the results of each applicant, including the aptitude assessment each individual completes at the end.

Service 1: Pre-Game Warmups (PGWs)

Daily Briefings: Tailored to your employees’ specific roles, these 20-30 second daily briefings, sent to each of your employees electronically, focus on safety and operational awareness before each shift.

Custom Messaging: PGWs can address current operational challenges or communicate important updates to all employees simultaneously.

Acknowledgment Tracking: Employees acknowledge receipt of PGWs via personal or company-issued devices, and CAST tracks these acknowledgments for you.

Employer Reports: Receive detailed records of daily sign-offs to ensure your employee compliance and engagement, which can also be used for employee accountability down the road.


Service 2: Training Administration

Initial Preparation Training (In-Person): CAST Training Reps can administer our Certified Airport Safety Training- Initial Preparation Training Course to your new hires, through in-person classes, for those who didn't already come through CAST recruitment. This will assist in preparing your new hires properly, and perhaps even weed out a few, prior to them beginning their probationary period and OJT.
